This is where I have gone for both outpatient therapy and partial hospitalisation. This non-profit is specifically made for eating disorder recovery. All the people who work there are amazing and extremely welcoming!
Many hospitals have an eating disorder clinic with nutritionists and specialists. Specialists can diagnose you and help you find places to get more help. Your doctor can also help connect you to help.
They have education materials and a hotline you can call for help. There has been some recent controversy around them but to my knowledge, it has all been resolved
ME!!!!!
If you have questions or just want to talk to someone who has and is going through it please reach out to me! Also if you are a caregiver or someone who wants to talk about Eating Disorders feel free to reach out as well! Though if you need direct medical assistance please use one of the other resources.

The only other place to go for information besides the places above is social media. While people say social media gives into negative body image that is not completely true. You can also find help, learn facts, hear people's stories, and join groups that teach more about eating disorders. Social media can be a positive thing depending on where you look.
