1:1 Personal Training is movement-focused. It’s great if you want to build confidence lifting weights, need that extra push, or want hands-on support with your form and technique. These sessions are all about real-time coaching to help you feel stronger and more confident in the gym.
Online Coaching gives you structure, accountability, and support beyond the gym floor. It’s designed to fit into your lifestyle, with tailored training plans, nutrition guidance, and weekly check-ins to keep you progressing. It’s perfect if you want flexibility while still having guidance and support to stay on track.
You also have the option to combine both—adding Online Coaching alongside 1:1 PT for extra structure and accountability between sessions.

YES. Whether you have a specfic race you are wanting to train towards or run your first 5k I will provide you a programme to balance both!
