Summary
Our Analyst Internship program offers candidates the opportunity to work part-time within a flexible schedule during the academic school year to get acquainted with the organization and role. Interns are expected to work 20 hours a week. After working during the 22-23 SY, there is an opportunity to transition into a full-time work schedule over the summer; however, that is not a requirement, nor is it guaranteed.
As an Analyst at Helios, you will be part of an organization that provides integrated solutions in capital markets and corporate finance advisory to the healthcare and healthcare real estate sectors. This role will give you the opportunity to be involved and have an active role in assisting in the evaluation and structuring of private debt and equity and investment sales transactions.
The ideal candidate will be disciplined, self-motivated, and looking to begin their career in investment/corporate banking, private equity, and/or real estate capital markets.

Role Objective
• Perform financial statement analysis and financial modeling to assist in the evaluation of private debt and equity and investment sales transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch decks for new engagements and offering materials for the market.
• Assist in due diligence collection and organization; virtual data room creation and document/data aggregation.
• Develop an understanding of capital markets and general corporate finance advisory with a focus on healthcare and healthcare real estate.
Candidate Background
• Pursuit of bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Real Estate; 3.25+ GPA.
• Classroom/professional experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail oriented with strong time management and organization skills.
• Startup minded: high energy, low maintenance, self-starter that is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or professional experience a plus, however not required.
