• A professional with 8 + years of experience in research and development (R&D) with a strong background in rice-based Agri food security & nutrition, project management, institutional delivery, farmers’ meeting, field trials, high-level official communications, strategic planning, stakeholder involvement, phenotyping of cereals, forest-foods, value-added products development, etc. Provide assistance and guidelines to internal and external stakeholders considering the implementation of research activities, including logistics.

• Professional experience in handling high-end analytical instruments, teamwork, field work, guiding interns, masters/Ph.D. students, coordinating & managing field experiments, data collection & interpretation using different statistical tools, laboratory management (following ISO’s SOPs), international peer-reviewed scientific publications, writing proposals, and securing project grants from government and non-government funding agencies.

• Tackling emergency situation, management and interpersonal abilities for handling multiple stakeholders, resource mobilization, health & hygiene campaign, orientation, provide trainings to the on-job trainees, high-level political and international visit coordination, etc. in order to successfully communicate different information to dynamic audiences.
