Since the EasyChair system was down, to facilitate smooth submission we kept the submission system open until June 14th (12pm CEST).
The EcoDL 2025 Workshop welcomes a wide range of contributions, including original research, early-stage ideas, system demos, use cases, vision papers, and mature versions of preprints. We invite submission types in any of the following three formats:
Long Papers: Up to 15 LNCS style pages, including references.
Short Papers: Up to 10 LNCS style pages, including references.
Abstracts: Up to 2 LNCS style pages, including references.
Download the Overleaf, LaTeX, and Word templates for your EcoDL paper submission, and find detailed formatting instructions at the following link: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines.
All accepted long and short workshop papers will be published in the Springer series Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS). Abstract submissions will be invited as poster presentations, to foster discussion and networking at the workshop, but will not be compiled in the proceedings.
Submit your papers for the workshop via EasyChair at https://easychair.org/conferences?conf=ecodl2025
