Call for Contributions

Information

Researchers in agricultural robotics are encouraged to submit contributions to the conference. To participate, please submit a 1 page poster (PDF file), including a 1 minute trailer video. The top of the poster should include the title of the contribution, authors names, and contact information. The main body should include a clear statement of the contribution, brief description of the methodology, results and discussion section, using images and figures as appropriate.

Each contribution will be briefly reviewed by the Programme Committee and the author(s) will be notified.

Workshop contribution submission deadline: 10 July 2023

Notifications of acceptance: 17 July 2023

Before the workshop, the title of each accepted submission and associated trailer video will be uploaded to the workshop website. This will allow participants to view the programme in advance and identify which poster presentations they would like to attend. 

During the workshop, each submission will be given a 10-minute time slot. During the slot, the short teaser video will first be played; then, the contributors will be asked to present their work followed followed by a Q+A session. 

The short videos will be uploaded to YouTube subject to the author(s)' consent.
