The Precinct 4 bus rolled into El Campo and totally livened up the city. Friends and members of this lively group enjoyed a bright-eyed and bushy-tailed tour of the museum. These lifelong learners taught us a few lessons and even shared a laugh or two. We could not have had more fun and are thrilled to have them back any time.  We were told they went out for BBQ next, what a treat to enjoy our community in such a fun and delicious manner.  Thank you to Harris County Precinct 4!                                             

In 1972, Dr. E. A, Weinheimer generously donated a collection of animal trophies from his big game hunts around the world to the City of El Campo.  Over the years, the museum has continued to grow, thanks to the donations of individuals and special collections from the community.
