About

About Our Director Ms. Kong

Ms. Kong joined the Eckstein community in 2022 as the Director of Orchestra/Guitar/Introductory Band. She graduated from the University of Washington having studied harp performance and music education. During her time at UW, Ms. Kong performed with the UW Symphony orchestras, Wind ensembles, and local performing groups. She has also been a part of the Federal Way Youth Symphony Orchestra for years as a student, volunteer leader, and guest conductor. In her down time Ms. Kong can be found trying the new best spots to eat in town, traveling to new places, and spending time with friends and family. 

We are so grateful to have Ms. Kong and her leadership at Eckstein!
