1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EchoTune ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EchoTune is a music discovery application that:

• Connects to your Apple Music account to display your music library

• Helps you discover YouTube videos for your favorite tracks

• Allows you to save favorite tracks locally on your device

3. Apple Music Integration

• You must have an active Apple Music subscription to use the App's full features.

• The App accesses your Apple Music data through Apple's official MusicKit API.

• Your use of Apple Music is subject to Apple's Terms of Service: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/

4. YouTube Integration

• The App uses YouTube's Data API to search for music videos.

• Your use of YouTube content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

• Videos are played through YouTube's official embedded player.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when connecting your Apple Music account.

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App.

• Not use the App to violate any third-party rights.

• Comply with Apple Music's and YouTube's terms of service.

6. Intellectual Property

• EchoTune and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the App developer.

• Apple Music content is owned by Apple Inc. and respective rights holders.

• YouTube content is owned by YouTube/Google and respective content creators.

• All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the App

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill

• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App

• Any damages resulting from third-party services (Apple Music, YouTube)

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (Apple Music, YouTube) that may:

• Experience downtime or service interruptions

• Change their APIs or terms of service

• Limit or terminate access to their services

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time

• Modify or discontinue the App without notice

• Change these Terms at any time

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
