CLEAR YOUR CACHE

Right click your RedM shortcut icon
Select 'open file location', or search in RedM in your Windows.  

Select 'redM application data'.

Double click the data folder. 

You will see this. 

You will want to delete the folders labelled 'Cache' or remove the files in it and delete them.

This is what you should have left. Its always best to keep a back-up before you empty your recycling bin
