### 3. Subscription Information
- **Purchase Data**: When you purchase a premium subscription, payment information is processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment details.
- **Subscription Status**: We track your subscription status to provide premium features.
## How We Use Your Information

- To provide note-taking, transcription, and summarization services
- To store and organize your notes locally on your device
- To enable audio playback and document processing
### 2. AI Processing
- **ChatGPT Integration**: When you request summaries or note generation, your transcription text is sent to OpenAI's ChatGPT service for processing. This data is processed according to OpenAI's privacy policy.
- **On-Device AI**: When available, we use on-device AI processing to generate summaries without sending data to external servers.
### 3. Subscription Management
- To manage your premium subscription through RevenueCat
- To verify subscription status and provide premium features
### 4. App Improvement
- To analyze app usage and improve user experience
- To fix bugs and enhance functionality
## Data Storage and Security
### Local Storage
- All your notes, transcriptions, audio files, and documents are stored locally on your device using Core Data.
- We do not upload your content to our servers unless you explicitly request AI processing (ChatGPT).

- However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
