Developing space, and spirit, for life in the Eastmorland Neighborhood
The Eastmorland Community Center was founded on a vision of bringing people together for life-giving work. Our mission is to create space for the collaborative life of the neighborhood. We value the arts, education, and social justice work for what it brings to the lives of the residents of Eastmorland and our school community. We strive to support groups and programs engaged in valuable life-affirming work and to be a gathering place for people to come together in community. We value bringing people into the life of the building as a whole so that we build community as we create a hub for the amazing things happening in the Eastmorland Neighborhood.

Kindling Community Arts is here to fuel creative spirits. We do this by offering play, process, and collaborative arts experiences for kids, families, and adults.
Play and process experiences allow kids (or the kids inside all of us) freedom to follow curiosities by making individual choices about materials and how they should be used. We create opportunities to collaborate in order to deepen our relationships and sense of community.
Kindling Community Arts is on hiatus but you can connect with Carrie through the Kindling website.
