Coordinated by the WHO department of Quality Assurance, Norms and Standards within the Science Division based at Head Quarters, the ECC-19 is a self-organizing network of evidence leaders.

The vision of the ECC-19 is that global evidence production efforts in response to the pandemic are efficiently coordinated. It's the ECC-19's mission to facilitate strategic discussions and foster collaboration in evidence production and uptake.
