Coordinated by WHO's department of Quality Assurance of Norms and Standards within the Science Division at Head Quarters, the Evidence Collaboration for COVID-19 is a consortium of evidence organizations established to drive brainstorming on strategic objectives, and share key information with the aim to support effective global evidence informed decision making efforts.
The ECC-19 brings together close to 200 researchers from over 50 organization representatives who collaborate on the use of evidence in response to the ongoing SARS-COV-2 pandemic.
The ECC-19 is driven by a Steering Committee comprised of representatives of the core partners leadership. Namely:
