Clinical teachers will need to submit the following documents prior to the end of their clinical teaching experience:

Block A Unit Plan
Copies of supervisor/cooperating teacher observations with reflections (See below)

1. TIME LOGS:
1. TIME LOGS:
All candidates are required to submit time logs for each day they are in the classroom (field). These logs will be submitted and approved through the college's (TK20) Watermark system. The following requirements must be met:
You can only submit time logs for days you are in the field. Do not submit time logs for days you are absent for any reason or days the school is not in session.
You can only submit time log hours equal to the work hours for contracted teachers. For example if teachers must report by 7:30 and can leave at 3:45, those are the hours you should submit in your time log, even if you come in early or stay late. Hours will vary by school and district.
You are required to have at least 45 hours of teaching logged and approved by your mentor teacher by the end of the experience. Most Block A teachers exceed this minimum requirement.
You should fill out your time logs daily and send them as a batch to your cooperating teacher for approval at the end of each week
- Daily time logs must represent a variety of actions that are conducted within the field placement. CLICK on the appropriate activity that was representative of your actions for that day (don't click on Observation, if you taught in a Small Group).

Observations, Lesson Plans, & Reflections:
Observations, Lesson Plans, & Reflections:
You will be required to submit the 3 lessons and reflections for the observations that occured during your Block A teaching. You will submit the following in your Clinical Teaching Binder (through your TK20/Watermark account):
1) The 3 lesson plans with reflections for the lessons your supervisor observed (one for EDUC 4053, one for EDUC 4043, and one for EDUC 4033).
2) The signed copies of the completed observation forms your supervisor(T-TESS) completed and gave to you after the observations.
3) In EDUC 4033, use the link provided in Module 10 to uplaod the two required documents (see below for the required documents)
