Educators Code of Ethics Form

All teacher-candidates must have a signed Code of Ethics agreement on file with the university prior to clinical teaching. It is recommended that you print this prior to your clinical teaching.

All Block teachers must adhere to the Educators’ Code of Ethics as established in 19 TAC §247.2.

Any violation of the Code of Ethics will be grounds for disciplinary action and may result in removal from the program. All clinical teachers must have a signed Code of Ethics agreement on file with the university prior to clinical teaching.
