19th Annual Evidence-Based Practice Institute (EBPI)
The EBPI is designed to bring in a new idea that has been tested by others and is not already a part of practice and/or improve an existing practice based on new evidence. *It is NOT designed to conduct research on a new idea.

What you need to complete the application:
Current Resume or CV (upload document)
One article showing evidence supporting your project idea (upload article)
Signed agreement from unit leadership (upload signed document) Leadership Agreement
Signed agreement from a mentor (upload signed document) Mentor Agreement
To be eligible for graduation, participants may not miss more than 1 class

May 12 - Day 3 (LSCC Main Hall)
June 2 - Day 4 (LSCC Main Hall)

Sep 1 - Day 5 (LSCC Main Hall)
Oct 6 - Day 6 (LSCC Main Hall)
