Selecting your sessions

Session selection for in-person attendees opened on the 26 March 2026 for in-person attendees. 

All in-person attendees registered before this date will have received an email from Eventbrite to select their sessions. 

Delegates who book on after the 26 March 2026 will be sent the link upon registration. 

Session allocation is done on a first-come, first-served basis depending on room capacity. We may review the room allocations at the venue and adjust the capacity between now and the closing date. 

Session selection closes on 22 April 2026 and after this date any attendees who have not completed the required form will be allocated sessions based on remaining availability. 

Group bookings or bookings made by PO and invoice will only receive the booking link when a PO has been received by the iHV for the tickets.

Session selection is only available to in-person delegates, online delegates will be shown the live recording of one of the concurrent and breakout sessions.
