The Lullaby Trust's Care of the Next Infant (CONI) programme gives hundreds of bereaved families peace of mind and support every year. CONI is a national health visitor led service that provides emotional and practical support to families who have experienced the sudden and unexpected death of a baby or young child, and have a subsequent baby. CONI is available across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and to date has supported over 25,000 babies.
The Childhood Tumour Trust (CTT) supports children, young people, and families affected by Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1) across the UK. CTT raises awareness of early signs of NF1, including the importance of recognising café au lait marks and using body maps to record and monitor them. Early identification can lead to quicker diagnosis, appropriate monitoring, and better outcomes. . CTT also provides educational resources, family support, and training to help health professionals improve understanding and care for those living with NF1.

The Breastfeeding Network is a charity working UK-wide, aiming to be an independent source of support and information for breastfeeding women and others.
Our trained peer supporters work and volunteer locally and nationally supporting parents with infant feeding at home, in hospitals, in the community or through the 24 hour National Breastfeeding Helpline which we run in partnership with the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers. Our Drugs in Breastmilk volunteer pharmacists also support mums and families 365 days a year.
MECSH is a high-quality, evidence based, health visitor-led structured program for families needing extra support in parenting. Through a co-design process, the program is adapted to fit with local systems needs. Clients are assessed for eligibility, recruited and retained through the routine care provided by the local service provider. Families are ideally enrolled prenatally; however, MECSH supports enrolment within 6–8 weeks following discharge from the birth admission, including for babies who require extended hospital care after birth.
