The class focuses on form work (24 Step form), basic Qigong and stretching, and dao (broadsword). Class runs all year round with small breaks for school holidays.

Facilities: Accessible hall and toilets, on-site parking, on-site bike racks.

Cost: £5 per class.

Facilities: Accessible hall and toilets, on-site parking, on-site bike racks.
