At EBDN, members share EDI (equity, diversity & inclusion) best practices, challenges and lessons learned. We share current and relevant knowledge and training of EDI related topics, guidelines and applications in the workplace. And, we facilitate connections to resources such as conferences, workshops, speakers, diversity trainers and community-based service providers

How We Do It
We host free professional development and networking events. Currently, our meetings are virtual.

- Network events (every 2 months): These are the main offerings of EBDN during which we learn from a subject matter expert who facilitates an interactive session on a topic related to EDI in the workplace. Members and guests are welcome.
- Conversation Cafes (every 2 months): These are short, casual conversations over the noon hour during which we discuss relevant topics of the day. Members only.
