Saving a warp stabilization as a preset can be a fast way to apply the effect. Under 'Effects Controls', the options can be edited, and re-analyzed to render an in-sequence clip for preview right in the timeline. 1% Smooth under the Stabilization drop-down usually does a great job on any footage, and 3% works on steadycam or gimbal film.
Tip: You may run into an error if you edit parts of the clip, and it may say 'Nest Sequence first'. To do this: Slow a clip down by right clicking -> 'speed/duration' to 30%-80% depending on frame rate per second, and click 'frame blending' option, then right click 'Nest' to allow a further internal window for editing that clips color correction, audio, extra clips, and more while still having the master ability to 'Warp Stabilize' the nested clip.
Slow-Motion Tips with Warp Stabilization
For Slow Motion you added to a clip, you will see Adobe shows the message saying you will need to Nest the clip, and double clicking on that Nested Sequence will allow you edit clips inside that in a separate side window you can toggle in and out of to the main timeline sequence
Frame Blending is the best option preferred for me for smooth slo-mo in Adobe Premiere Pro (A.P.P.), and for 24FPS (Frames Per Second)
