Our farm is nestled into a shallow valley where we have 55 acres comprised of pasture, woods, swamp and streams. Our cows enjoy grazing, unlimited hay and mooing at any farm equipment in hopes of getting extra grain.
We are fortunate to have Summerhill Brewing very close by, and our animals enjoy the spent brewers grain that is a by-product of the beer making process. We also make all of our own hay right here and with the help of our neighbors fields.
Our steers are finished between 20 and 30 months of age on a combination of corn, hay and grain before processing.
