About Us

We are a small family owned and farmed local beef producer specializing in providing quality beef on a small scale. We keep a small quantity of animals at a time which allows us to focus on cow care, comfort, and raising steers that are stress-free.

Our animals are typically a cross between angus and brahman, or "Brangus." Brahman are not as popular in our area, but we have found their product to be tender, flavorful, juicy, and lean! Not to mention, they are cool pasture decoration!
