Privacy Policy for Easy Serve Receive Stats

1. Introduction Steven Lacy ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Easy Serve Receive Stats mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that any data collected is handled securely and transparently.

2. Data Collection and Usage Our app is designed to help coaches track volleyball performance. To provide this service, the app allows you to input:

• Player Information: Names of players to organize stats.

• Performance Data: Serve-receive ratings and session timing.

3. Data Storage (Local Only) All data entered into Easy Serve Receive Stats is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to external servers, nor do we have access to the names or statistics you input.

4. Third-Party Sharing We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. Because all data remains on your device, no third-party service providers have access to your session data.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion You have full control over your data. You may edit or delete player names and session stats directly within the app at any time. Deleting the app from your device will permanently remove all stored data.

6. Children’s Privacy While the app may be used to track the stats of minors in a coaching context, the app does not "collect" this data in a way that is transmitted to us. We encourage coaches to comply with local regulations (such as COPPA) regarding the digital recording of student information.
