Any resident (18 or older) living within the neighborhood can become a member. As a member, you'll receive the ENA newsletter and be apprised of neighborhood activities and things going on that affect our neighborhood.
To join, just send your name, street address, and email address to the ENA Secretary at ENABloomington@gmail.com or to the ENA Chairperson.
You can also become a Block Champ.
