Pizza Order Form

Pizzas will be available through pre-order. Please submit your completed form by January 16th if you wish to order pizzas for your team. Please note even though all students have a break from 11:45 to 12:15 to allow for afternoon event setup, Pizza Vendor doesn’t have the capacity to serve everyone at that time. Please choose other times or split your order if possible. Please bring cash the day of the tournament to pay for them.
