Submission Guidelines for Authors
EASTS2023 encourages authors to submit papers that are aligned with the topics listed in the conference.
Submission of the paper must comply with the formatting guidelines in MS Word (.doc or .docx). Refer to templates for the full paper below.
Submitted papers will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee (ISC) which are experts in their respective fields. Authors will be notified of the review results by email.
EASTS2023 limits the maximum length of pages for submitted papers to 20 pages including texts, figures and references.
All submitted papers must be the original work of the authors and have not been previously published or accepted by other journals or proceedings.
Paper Submission and Reviewing Process
Reviewed Papers:
Academic or Practical papers are peer-reviewed for publications in the Asian Transport Studies (ATS), the Journal of the EASTS, or the Proceedings of the EASTS. Papers selected for the ATS and Journal of the EASTS will be published on the journal’s official website in 2023 or 2024 after the conference.
Non-Reviewed Papers:
These papers are briefly reviewed for acceptance to be presented. The accepted papers will be uploaded to the ISC website. These papers are not selected into the Proceedings of the EASTS, the Journal of the EASTS, or ATS, but financial support for some of these papers is still applicable.
ATS:
ATS will also accept papers submitted by general authors, just like other international journals. Special issues may be prioritized. Call for special issues are announced at the journal’s official website : (https://www.journals.elsevier.com/asian-transport-studies/).
