Building Plans Approval

New construction or major landscaping changes must be reviewed by the Building Plans Approval Committee. This three-person committee reviews the plans to determine if they conform with the Deed Restrictions and the Plans Approval Guidelines. Refer to the Building Plans Approval Guidelines for more detail.
