The annual meeting of Homeowners is held on the first Tuesday in March of each year as required by the By-Laws. Each year, three new members of the Board of Directors are elected to a three year term.
The 2024 meeting was held March 5 in person at the Township Library.
The 2023 meeting was held March 7 as a "Zoom" teleconference.
The 2022 meeting was held March 2 as a "Zoom" teleconference due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The 2021 meeting was held March 2 as a "Zoom" teleconference due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. This was the first virtual association meeting.
The 2020 meeting was held March 3 at the Eastover Elementary School, 1101 Westview Rd.
