*Kalamunda Lower Primary: only has 6 places available

Term 4 is a 9 week term of general fun filled classes, that includes our "Family Fun Session
& 2025 Certificate Presentations" at the end of the term where ALL enrolled students are acknowledged.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS
A water bottle
Comfortable clothes – pants preferred as we do lots of moving around. School uniform is fine.:))
Footwear should be rubber-soled, however, in most halls, shoes & socks can be removed on arrival. NO CROCS or "SOCKS ONLY", as many of our halls have wooden floor services and can be slippery if students are wearing just socks.
New Enrolments: please ensure that your enrolment form is returned & payment finalised before your first class please. The Enrolment Form is located on the HOMEPAGE.

WEEK 8
Term 4, 2025 Annual Family Fun Day & Certificate Presentations!
We would like to invite our Lower & Upper Primary families to join us
for part of a drama lesson at our:
“2025 Annual Family Fun Session & Certificate Presentation”
where ALL enrolled students are acknowledged,
including students who have only joined this term!
(Please maximum of 2 adults / people per family – this session is primarily for parents to join in and take photos at Certificate Presentation, although siblings not currently attending the Academy are welcome to attend as guests).

Week 8 - Friday 5th December 2025

Lower Students arrive at 3.45pm as usual
Parents / Carers join for the LAST 30 Minutes of class
from 4.15 - 4.45pm.
Kalamunda Upper Primary
Upper Students arrive at 4.45pm as usual
Parents / Carers join for the LAST 30 Minutes of class
from 5.15 - 5.45pm.
Kalamunda Youth Theatre 1 & Youth Theatre 2
Youth Theatre Parents join us for “Certificate Presentation” only from 5.45 - 6.05pm
After Certificate Presentations, we acknowledge the hard work of all our Youth Theatre students by having a short “Pizza Party” (Youth Theatre students only) to celebrate the end of the year!
If you can please let me know of any dietary requirements for Youth Theatre students as soon as possible.

WEEK 9
OUR FINAL LESSON FOR 2025: Week 9 - Friday 12th December 2025
ALL CLASSES
The Theme will be “It’s Party Time!”
All students are very welcome to “Bring Along a Friend” (or two) to the very last lesson of 2025, so we can celebrate the end of a wonderful year together!
Students can “Dress Up” in costume or even wear their pyjamas if they would like to!!

The VIP Priority Registration Period for 2025 is NOW OPEN!

The 2025 Priority Registration period for currently enrolled students will be open from:
Saturday 15th November - Sun 30th November 2025
Re-Enrol & Register for our 2026 classes before anyone on our Waiting Lists and the general public.
How?
Just make payment on your invoice during the VIP Priority Registration Period.
No need to complete any other forms or documents - easy, fast, simple!
All currently enrolled students will have VIP priority to Register & Re-Enrol for 2026 classes,
before anyone on Waiting Lists or the general public.
We also invite you to register siblings not currently enrolled during this time for next year’s classes - contact Merylena Sulak to register.
(Xero Invoices for Term 1, 2026 have now been emailed to ALL CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS. Please check SPAM / Promotional Tabs if it is not located in your inbox or contact the office if you have not received yours.)
All registered 2026 students receive a “small drama gift” & will also go in the draw to win a *$50 class credit towards
their 2026 fees! The winner from each Studio will be announced at the end of this term – Saturday 13th December 2025.
After VIP Priority Registration Period ends, (beginning Monday 1st December)
you can still register your child for classes until the end of the term, although we will also be opening any available class positions to Waiting Lists and the general public at the same time.
At which point we cannot “hold places” for currently enrolled students unless their 2026 registration has been completed as above, so places will be limited…

Please do not go to any expense, Dress Up items can be made or recycled from items you have at home
and are always optional.
Your class teacher will always bring along spare items to class each week.
