Scoping closed. The Scoping Report is next.

Next milestone: the CPUC's Scoping Report, which summarizes every comment received during scoping and becomes an appendix to the EIR. No date has been announced. To be notified when it posts, email CEQA@suncrestloop-in.com and ask to receive all future notices.

October 5, 2026 - EIR scoping comment period closed. Written comments on the scope of the Environmental Impact Report were due to the CPUC at 5:00 p.m. Pacific. The Home page sets out what the Notice of Preparation covers, what residents asked the study to address, and what happens next.

September 17, 2026 - CPUC Commission Meeting, San Marcos City Council Chambers, 1 Civic Center Dr., San Marcos, CA.

September 15, 2026 - CPUC held two virtual scoping meetings. Spoken comments made at those sessions are transcribed and form part of the record.

August 21, 2026 - CPUC issued the Notice of Preparation, opening the scoping period. It was revised on September 16 only to extend the comment deadline.
