Dr. Eng. Malinka Ivanova is Associate Professor in Informatics and Computer Sciences at the Technical University - Sofia, Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics. She holds a master's degree in Electronics and Automation from the Technical University - Sofia, in Engineering Physics from Sofia University "St. Kl. Ohridski”, in Law from the South-West University “Neofit Rilski” and doctorate degrees in Automation of Engineering Work and Systems for Automated Design and in Informatics from the Technical University - Sofia.

Dr. Eng. Marin Marinov is Professor at the Technical University - Sofia, Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Technology. He holds a master's degree in Technical Cybernetics and Engineering Economics and a doctorate degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Ilmenau, Germany.

Dr. Eng. Stefan Hensel is Professor of Measurement and Sensor Systems at the University of Applied Sciences in Offenburg, Germany, Institute for Machine Learning and Analysis. He holds a master's degree in Mechatronics from the University of Karlsruhe and a doctorate degree in Measurement and Sensor Systems from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany.

Dr. Eng. Valentin Videkov is Professor of Electronic Production Technology at the Technical University - Sofia, Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Technology. He holds a master's degree in Radio Electronics and a doctorate in Electronic Production Technology from the Technical University - Sofia.

Dr. Eng. Valentin Tsenev is Associate Professor in Electronics at the Technical University - Sofia, College of Energy and Electronics and head of a separate unit in a company for the production of electronic devices. He holds a master's degree from the Technical University - Sofia and Open University.

Dr. Eng. Borislav Ganev, is Associate Professor at the Technical University - Sofia, Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Technology. He holds a master's degree in Electronics and a doctoral degree in Electronics from the Technical University - Sofia.

Dr. Eng. Zdravka Tchobanova is Senior Assistant at the Technical University - Sofia, College of Energy and Electronics. She holds a master's degree in Communication Engineering and doctorate degree in Automation of Engineering and Automated Design Systems from the Technical University - Sofia.

Dr. Petya Petkova is Assistant Professor of Communications and Computer Science at the Technical University - Sofia, College of Energy and Electronics and Head of the International Cooperation and Protocol Department at the International Relations and Integration Directorate at the Technical University of Sofia.
