Registration Fee     JPY 30,000

⚠️There have been some changes to the accommodation fees. Please see Note 1 for details. 

Accommodation Fee *per person, per night

Single occupancy (1 person per room)   :  JPY 24,750

Double occupancy (2 people per room)  :  JPY 13,750

Note1: The above rates apply to the nights of December 15, 16, and 17. For the night of December 18, an additional JPY 2,200 per person will apply.

Note2: Rooms can accommodate up to four persons. Rates vary according to the number of occupants. 

Note3: For hotel reservations, a dedicated booking site for EASMBP 2026 will be available, so please make your reservation through that site. The link will be sent directly to those who have completed the conference registration. (Please do not make reservations directly through the Renaissance Okinawa Resort website, Expedia, or other hotel booking platforms.)

Support for Early Career Researchers (日本生物物理学会 BPSJ Members)

Financial support for registration and accommodation fees is available for BPSJ (The Biophysical Society of Japan) members who are early career researchers and are selected to give a Short Talk. Applicants will be asked to provide their BPSJ membership number during registration.

Note3: Students are the primary target of this support; however, other early career researchers may also be eligible.
