1. Open web.whatsapp.com on your computer browser

2. Open WhatsApp on your phone

3. Tap on Linked Devices in the app settings

4. Tap Link a Device

5. Scan the QR code shown on your computer screen

6. Make sure you are using your personal device (not public/shared)

7. Check the “Keep me signed in” option only on trusted devices

8. Lock your computer with a password or PIN

9. Avoid using public Wi-Fi or use a secure network
