The List

Here's the beginner section of the easiest demons—these are for new players who are looking to beat some of their first demons.
'Freaks' is a roughly horror themed XL demon, that is basically just a two minute seven star. The gameplay along with the visuals are incredibly sightreadable, although slightly high CPS in the second half. The visuals are pretty simple in the first half, with slightly unsettling imagery (still reasonably family friendly) in the latter half.
'High Rebound' is a simplistic modern level with incredibly open and sightreadable gameplay. The main gamemodes are cube and ship, ship being the main source of why the level was rated easy demon. Still, the hardest parts of the level are the ships, which remain incredibly open and straight forward nonetheless. Honestly, the hardest part about this is deciphering the custom portals, which are togglable anyway.
'The Farewell' is almost five minutes of essentially five star 'travel-level' gameplay. The visuals are very simple, and the gameplay mostly reflects that. However, some of the visuals and gameplay gimmicks cause the level to become a little tricky to sightread in some parts, so we'd suggest a practice run or a quick skim of a completion video before playing. Overall, this level is definitely enjoyable, but could be annoying due to the nature of the length.
'Styx' is an interesting art level from early 2.1 that has fairly accessible and sightreadable gameplay. While it's a bit awkward to play at times, we'd recommend giving this one a shot because it's a really good gateway into modern-day gameplay. A practice run might be necessary because it's a bit awkward to play and has a part where the player has limited vision, but it's fairly straightforward other than that.
'Shiver' is already extremely well known for being one of the easiest demons in the game, so we knew this was an obvious choice for the list. Shiver is a winter themed level, with incredibly open parts and simple visuals and gameplay. The only reason why we believe this is a demon, is because of the very brief memorization parts, which take barely any time to learn.
'Catch the Rainbow' is a very unique black and rainbow level, reminiscent of levels from update 2.0. This level doesn't particularly focus on any gamemode, and the gameplay is fun and definitely sightreadable. Catch the Rainbow has some very interesting backgrounds which make for an even more engaging (and cute) experience, but we suggest a practice run.
'Nycto' is a red, blue, and purple design level, with a general horror theme reflected in the cartoonish art throughout the level. The gameplay is reasonably straight-forward, and has some interesting gameplay gimmicks which keep the level incredibly fun. However, due to the gameplay gimmicks and flashy visuals that occasionally obscure the gameplay, we were unsure which list this belonged to, but we placed it in beginner.
'phjork' is a short and sweet colorful modern level, with some fantastic visuals and really fun gameplay. The visuals are incredibly endearing, and the gameplay is straight-forward and super enjoyable. There are arguably some difficult parts in this level, but the incredibly short length (and amount of fun you'll have) compensates for it. We highly recommend this level to ease beginners into the flow of more modern gameplay.
'DeaDrop' is a clean and bubbly design level with incredibly simple gameplay. The visuals are nothing incredibly special, but the bubbliness of the early 2.1 reminiscent designs we found to be quite charming when compared to more modern levels. The main difficulty of DeaDrop comes from the spam focused gameplay at the drop, which is still extremely forgiving, and the first half of the level is incredibly straight-forward.
This is the end of the list so far, but we add levels fairly frequently, so stay tuned!
