With the introduction of the Ease comics, I thought it would be good to separate the "more mature" content from some from the kid friendlier stuff. There is no, and will never be, any "teen" or "adult" Ease content. The main reason behind the ratings, is of course, the comic series, which may have more action and intense scenes than most little kids are ready for. The two main ratings are All Ages and Guidance Advised, with the extremely rare rating of Caution Advised (which will almost never be applied, the only confirmed game that's getting it is Ease 11, but the Ease Collection version which is edited down into a Guidance Advised, replacing the realistic violence with fantasy violence and removing the Bad Language). Generally, Ease will be All Ages and Ifei will be Guidance Advised.
If you're 12 or older, you can safely ignore these ratings.

This has barely any violence at all and is ok for all ages. An example would be basically every Ease game. This may include Mild Fantasy Violence and sometimes Scary Scenes.

Similar to a TV-Y7-FV in most cases.This has some fantasy/cartoon violence and scary situations but its mostly pretty unrealistic. The comics and some of the Ifei games would most likely fall into this category. This may include Fantasy Violence, Scary Scenes, Violent Themes, and Bad Language (occasional insults). This means that most young children would probably be able to view it but its better safe than sorry.

This is a very rare rating that I am probably just reserving for Ease 11 if I ever post it to this website. The Ease series almost never will go this high (with the exception of Ease 11 if I ever post it). Its possible that some future Ifei things may get this rating. This may include Realistic Violence and Graphic Scenes with more frequent Bad Language. Children under the age of 11 should proceed with caution but it doesn't mean its neccessarily "unsuitable" for them. as this rating can sometimes be a mixed bag. This rating can go from either slightly edgier than TV-Y7 to sometimes borderline PG-13, but it will never most likely never actually reach PG-13.
TL;DR. All Ages means its generally okay for everybody. Guidance Advised means its probably okay for most people but there are some concerns. Caution Advised means that younger children (generally below 11) should proceed with caution as there may be some intense and/or frightening content.

(Mild) Fantasy Violence: Violence is easily distinguished from reality, laser guns, portals, magic, etc. Mild fantasy violence, which is usually present in the games, means that enemies either just disappear or give a speech then disappear. Ex: Ease fights a boss and it just disappears. Fantasy violence means that its a little more intense and consistent, with some more details being show. Ex: Ease gets a laser gun shootout with walk-a-thons causing the walk-a-thons to explode
Realistic Violence: Violence is not easily distinguished from reality, may include realistic guns and intense, gritty fighting. This will up it to a Caution Advised in most cases. EX: Ifei gets into a brutal physical fight with the three men or Ease using a realistic firearm (Latter is now a non-canon example)
Violent Themes: Backstory or references to violence or tragic events, will almost always up it to Guidance Advised. This usually appears if violent acts are mentioned but not actually shown. Ex: Some of the backstories present in Ifei games referencing tragic events.
(Graphic) Scary Scenes: In most cases is will up it to Guidance Advised but it depends. Includes some scenes that may frighten younger children. There is also Graphic Scenes, which will always up it to Caution Advised. This means that the media includes intense and/or consistent scenes of violence, can be paired with either Fantasy Violence or Realistic Violence.
Bad Language: This is reserved for Guidance Advised and above, usually it will get a Caution Advised though. This is not just swearing, this also includes excessive insults and name-calling which is present in some media, Ease will never have swearing and its incredibly rare if Ifei does. Ex: Ease 11.
If you see a rating that you believe is incorrect, bring it up on the Gamejolt community. HatPassStudios rates the Ease media while Vanouper rates the Ifei media so what may have gotten a "Guidance Suggested" from HatPassStudios may be an "All Ages" for Vanouper.
