Electrical part:
A distinguished alumnus of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State, our CEO has been passionate about electrical works since his early years. With hands-on experience dating back to 2006, he honed his skills by working alongside his father and his workers.
Notably, he worked with the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) in Enugu, New Haven branch, in 2021, where he consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise, earning recognition as one of the top performers among his peers.
In Ifite Awka and Awka at large, he has established a reputation as a highly skilled Practical Electrical Engineer, renowned for his ability to resolve complex electrical issues since 2021.
Furthermore, our CEO has built a stellar reputation in solar installation and maintenance across Anambra and Enugu States, solidifying EarnDee Limited's position as a trusted leader in the industry.
Tech Part:
My journey into the world of technology began in early 2019, when curiosity first pushed me to explore the fundamentals of programming. At that time, I was fascinated by the idea that lines of code could come together to solve real problems and create meaningful digital experiences. I started with C++, a language known for its rigor and efficiency, which introduced me to the foundational concepts of problem-solving, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. Alongside C++, I also learned the basics of HTML and CSS, which gave me my first taste of building user interfaces and designing web pages. This combination of back-end logic and front-end presentation sparked my interest in understanding how technology works from multiple perspectives.
As my confidence grew, I wanted to go beyond experimenting and start building applications that people could actually use. This naturally led me into the world of Java for Android development. It was a steep learning curve, but it was also exciting because Android opened the door to mobile development—a field where software meets people in their everyday lives. Through Android, I learned the importance of structuring projects, managing user input, handling data, and delivering smooth user experiences. These lessons didn’t just improve my coding skills; they taught me patience, persistence, and the value of building software with the end user in mind.
However, as I gained more experience, I started noticing the growing importance of creating applications that worked seamlessly across platforms. Businesses and users no longer wanted to be limited to one device or ecosystem—they wanted solutions that worked everywhere. This realization guided me towards hybrid (multi-platform) development. Transitioning from native-only Android to hybrid frameworks was both challenging and rewarding. I had to adjust my mindset, embrace new tools, and learn new design patterns, but it ultimately gave me the ability to build applications that run across Android, iOS, and even the web with a single codebase.
This shift was not only a technical upgrade; it shaped the way I think about software development. Today, when I approach a problem, I think about scalability, accessibility, and user reach. Hybrid development has taught me that the best solutions are the ones that combine efficiency for developers with inclusivity for users.
Beyond the technical skills, my journey has also been about cultivating soft skills and a growth mindset. Each stage—from writing simple console programs in C++, to designing my first Android app, to finally building hybrid apps—has taught me resilience and adaptability. I’ve learned how to teach myself new technologies, how to debug effectively, and how to stay motivated even when solutions are not immediately obvious. I’ve also developed a strong appreciation for clean, maintainable code and the importance of collaboration, as software is rarely built in isolation.
Looking back, what excites me the most is how each step of my journey has built a strong foundation for the next. C++ taught me discipline and problem-solving; HTML and CSS sparked my creativity; Java for Android gave me practical experience in mobile application development; and hybrid frameworks expanded my ability to build solutions for a wider audience. Together, these experiences have not only shaped me into a versatile developer but also nurtured in me a deep passion for continuous learning.
As I look forward to the next chapter of my career, I am excited to apply this journey to real-world challenges. I want to join teams that are passionate about innovation, where I can contribute my skills while continuing to grow and learn. I am especially motivated by opportunities to create applications that make people’s lives easier, connect communities, and solve everyday problems in meaningful ways.
For potential employers, my journey demonstrates not only technical growth but also a consistent drive to evolve with technology. I don’t just want to write code—I want to create value, build solutions that scale, and be part of something impactful. Whether working on mobile applications, cross-platform solutions, or exploring new technologies, I bring with me both the technical foundation and the curiosity to keep pushing forward.
In short, my tech journey has been a path of discovery, growth, and resilience. From those first lines of C++ code in 2019 to developing hybrid apps today, each milestone has reinforced my passion for technology and my commitment to building a career where I can innovate, collaborate, and create solutions that matter.
