Leader Module 11 is up for grab!
Crafting Purpose-driven Mindsets
Get your child future-ready as we transform your child into a Leader
How beautiful it sounded when they called you papa or mummy for the very first time! Wasn’t it magical? It would have been a thing of a different world. Right? The happiness they brought with them not only transformed you as a person but also changed the way you looked at things. You slogged yourself harder to give them the best life they could have (or one could imagine). You provided them the best food, the best clothes, the best possible education, and the best environment for them to grow in this world. You fulfilled every wish they put forward. You walked in pride when they grabbed the first position in the school examination or won that district competition. You never stopped talking about it among your friends and close ones. You were and are proud of them. Aren’t you?
But have you ever thought that is scoring marks the real test of intelligence? Is mugging up the concepts for the examination to get high marks and only to forget it after the examination good for their overall development? Is the school, in which your children are studying, giving them the holistic learning that they promised during the enrollment? Is the education your child is getting good enough for you to walk in pride in the future? Will your child be a good citizen and contribute to the development of the society of the future using the education that they are having currently? Will your child become a leader or remain a follower for their entire life?
It’s difficult to answer these questions without realizing the mistakes that we are doing now.
Look around in the society, you will find numerous students still clueless and confused with their life, and looking for a direction to move forward in life. Tired and dejected, they follow in the footsteps of what others are doing and saying, killing the interest, passion, and skill that they have in them. Moreover, due to a lack of decisive power, they often make bad decisions only to regret later, and by the time they realize, it is too late to correct the past mistakes. They decide to not let this happen (what they went through) in their children’s life. But, in reality, the cycle continues.
It’s time we close this loop and let our children really make the most of their talent and skill by giving them the three important skills – Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Decision Making. Therefore, we, at Early Leaders, believe that the education, that our children receive, should be collaborative, discussion-based, result-oriented, and practical in nature for them to be the leaders of the future.
Our leadership workshop provides an essential learning environment for students to think, visualize, collaborate, fail, learn, try, and succeed on their ideas to solve common as well as complex day-to-day problems using their curious and creative brain juices. This 8-day leadership workshop, spread across 4 weeks, not only trains students on the above-mentioned skills but also makes sure that these students go on to become responsible and responsive citizens of the future world.
Let’s give a strong base to their learnings and help build their life. It’s time to decide what you really want your child to be – a failure, a follower, a learner, or an Early Leader.

Being a teacher, like you, is the most wonderful and satisfying thing in this world. No amount of money could replace the amount of respect earned by you as a teacher. You selflessly shape the raw minds of students to become the leaders of the future. You ignite their interests, passion, and dedication towards the things they love. You give them the ability to think, question, raise their voice, act, and be a change in society.
Your contribution to nation-building is next to none as you toil hard, every day, to educate them about the rights and the wrongs while answering their curious minds right from their tender age. You prepare yourself to train them with hard and soft skills. Like potters, who use the wet soil, mold & tap it to give a desired shape, you, as a teacher, shape and bring out the brilliance from the young minds.
As a teacher, you feel proud when you find your students doing well in their lives – be it in personal life or in professional life. The happiness is out of bounds when one of your students remembers you and comes to visit you after so many years of oblivion.
But have you ever thought that what is real happiness and achievement for you – Is it when your students score good marks in the examination or Is it when you find your students utilizing their knowledge in doing something good for society? We know that teachers, like you, do everything that they could do to impart a better learning experience to their students, but answers to some questions should be better known in advance to make a leader out of a student.
Are they able to face and solve real-life problems and scenarios?
Are they aware of their skills?
Does their learning able to help someone in need?
Are they utilizing their learning for the betterment of society?
Do they have what is required to become a leader?

There are times when you sit back and comment on or criticize the Indian education system, and then there are times when you actually decide to do something about it because ultimately it affects the learning of our children and subsequently their future.
The Indian education system is infamous for its rote learning and producing the majority of students who are still clueless about their skills & life even after graduation. The major responsibility for it goes to the constant focus on earning marks right from an early age. It's time we do something about it.
We, at EARLY LEADERS, have designed a leadership workshop for students of classes 9-12 to inculcate Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision Making skills in them while making them responsive & responsible citizens of the world. Why only the students of classes 9-12? Because it is these four years that decide the direction of any student's life. We believe that these skills should become a habit in every student from an early age.
We are on a mission to build a community of purpose-driven mindsets and mindful individuals who take charge of their life and solve societal problems and become EARLY LEADERS.
To create & support purpose-driven mindsets in society.
To make students realize their true potential through action-based result-oriented learning pedagogy.
The story goes back to the days when I, Ankit, was pursuing my MBA degree. During that time, I experienced and attended several workshops that were designed to give problem-solving skills to the management students. One day, a thought came to my mind that asked me ‘why not give these skills to the students at a young age when it is most required!’. Young minds are more receptive to learn new skills as compared to the same kid at the age of 25 or more. Moreover, these skills should become a habit into the students in order to face and naturally respond to uncertain situations at their critical life junctures, taking well informed and well thought out steps, and not to regret later in their life because of bad decisions, like many students currently in society. Other skills, like these, are also important to transform a student into a leader and use the learning for the betterment of society.
I was also well aware of the increasing skill and employment gap among the youths in the country. So I started working on that idea and designed a proprietary leadership workshop structure and pedagogy to inculcate critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in young school students.
The whole purpose behind this effort is to create purpose-driven mindsets in society who could take charge and create a better world to live in, that we were unable to do so.
We have designed a proprietary in-person leadership workshop for students of classes 9-12 that inculcates critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in them. The leadership workshop provides an essential learning environment for students to think, visualize, collaborate, fail, learn, try, and succeed on their ideas to solve common as well as complex day-to-day problems using their curious and creative brain juices. This 8-day leadership workshop, spread across 4 weeks taken by our experienced educators, not only trains students on the above-mentioned skills but also makes sure that these students go on to become responsible and responsive citizens of the future world. Therefore, through our Leader Module initiative, we are helping students of all age groups to experience & learn these skills through real-life-based questions and scenarios.
With the vision to create and support purpose-driven mindsets in our society by making students realize their true potential through action-based result-oriented learning pedagogy, it is our society and nation that are going to be benefitted in the end.
We are looking for parents and teachers who want their children/students to be at the front to lead a change in society, to create a better future world, and to be an Early Leader.
We are looking at every student who needs a push to be aware of his or her skills. The leadership workshops, apart from critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, give them the ability to foresee and plan their future and be ready for any uncertain events in life.
Though our leadership workshops will benefit students currently studying in classes 9-12, our Leader Modules and free career counseling sessions are open for all and can be availed by anyone.
