All formally observed lessons during Early Field Placements should be written on the program approved lesson plan template. Click on the name of your program to find the template you should use for planning.

This completed lesson plan should be provided to your University supervisor or Cooperating Teacher no less than 2 days prior to when you teach your lesson.
