RCBC Dual Credit 

Program Overview:

The RCBC Dual Credit Program allows high school students to earn both high school and college credits simultaneously by enrolling in approved courses taught by our own certified instructors. This program offers a valuable head start on college while fulfilling high school graduation requirements.

Tuition: Palmyra High School and the PHSFEE Foundation will fully cover the tuition costs for any in-house dual credit courses taken with RCBC. This means there will be no cost to you and your family for these courses.

Credit Transfer: While we cannot guarantee that all colleges will accept these credits, most state schools and some private institutions do. To see how these credits transfer to state colleges in New Jersey, please visit www.njtransfer.org/

Fall 2026 Deadlines

Application and Registration Period: Students can complete registrations between Thursday, Oct 1st- Wednesday, October 28th. 

Completion Deadline: By October 28th, all registration steps, including parent/guardian consent and any necessary paperwork, must be completed. 

Enrollment Steps:  Student initiates registration in DualEnroll (rcbc.dualenroll.com)

Consent Form: A signed parental/guardian consent form is required to finalize the registration. This will be sent to the parent/guardian once the initial application is submitted.

Billing: As tuition costs are fully covered by Palmyra High School and the PHSFEE Foundation, there will be no billing for the dual credit courses.Since all courses will be covered by the high school, there will be no charges for the courses. However, Parent/Guardian consent still needs to be completed in order for the registration to be processed.
