Palmyra High School is excited to offer students a chance to get a head start on college through our College Accelerated Program (CAP) — a dual credit opportunity where you can earn both high school and college credits at the same time, right here at PHS!
Through partnerships with Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) and Stockton University, select courses taught by PHS faculty — who are also certified as college adjuncts — can count toward your future college degree.
Thanks to the incredible support of the Palmyra High School Foundation for Educational Excellence (PHSFEE), RCBC dual credit tuition is fully covered for all enrolled PHS students for the 2025-2026 School year.
However, Stockton University tuition is not covered and will be the responsibility of the student’s parent or guardian.
Dual credit courses allow you to earn college and high school credit at the same time. These classes are taught by PHS teachers who are certified to teach for our partner colleges. This year, we are proud to offer options through:
Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC)
Stockton University
Register through your course’s designated college portal (RCBC or Stockton).
Use the Dual Credit Course Tab on the school website to view eligible courses and plan ahead — some future classes may also qualify!
Students enrolled in eligible courses will receive email reminders with registration details and deadlines.
Complete your registration by the hard deadline: TBD (to be announced).
Earn a C or higher (70%) in the course to receive college credit.
Remember: Even if RCBC tuition is free, you must register to receive the credit. No registration = no credit.
Save Money: RCBC credits are fully funded — that’s college credit with zero tuition!
Save Time: Complete college courses now and lighten your future college load.
Stand Out: College credit in high school looks great on applications and transcripts.
If you’re planning to attend a 4-year college (in or out of state), check with each school to see whether they accept dual credit — every college has different policies!
