Can you explain a 50/50 drawing?

50/50 tickets can be purchased in the Commons for $5 each (cash only). At the end of the evening we draw one winner. The winner will take 50% of the funds collected and Earhart PTO will get the remaining 50%. (ie $1000 pot would earn the winner $500!)

Do we need to dress up?

Dress up is not required but some people enjoy attending in costume. The choice is yours.

Will credit cards be accepted?

Again this year, credit card payment will be accepted for food, event tickets, Silent Auction, and Live Auction items! A 3% convenience fee, charged by the credit card company, will be added to all credit card purchases.

How scary is the Spook Walk?

While the sun is still shining, the Spook Walk can be enjoyed by younger children. After dark, we recommend only thrill seekers get in line! The Hayrack Ride, however, is appropriate for everyone and is designed to be family friendly.

What do we bring?

Enough cash (or a credit card) to purchase event tickets, food, and Silent Auction items that interest you. Checks will also be accepted for Silent Auction items.

Optional but encouraged: a reusable bag to carry your treats and reusable plate and silverware to use for food.

Who can attend the event?

Anyone can attend. Bring your friends, cousins, grandparents or other community members who like to have a spooky good time.
