• But there are many options in Tenjin, where it only takes 8-10 minutes to get to Ohashi: by the Nishitetsu Tenjin-Omuta train (西鉄天神大牟田線), from Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) station to Ohashi station. 

• There is also a choice of hostels to share a room (https://www.hostelworld.com) in the city centre, around Hakata, which is also easily accessible by subway.
