The ASAP application, developed by TELEASIST a.s., is a general application for assistance services used by partners and employees of insurance and service companies. The application is available only for authorized users – those users must have a registered phone number within the company’s system. Registration can be canceled and access revoked within the system. It allows tracking of towing and support vehicles when they are activated for intervention and provides relevant information for the intervention. When a client experiences a problem with their vehicle, the nearest available support vehicle is located, and appropriate information is sent to the application. Vehicles are tracked to provide data for settlement, and the application also documents intervention details.
