The conference shall be held from August 7-11, 2025 in Tagaytay. It is suggested that you arrive in Manila on the morning of August 7, preferably before 2:00 PM to allow for 2 hours travel time from the airport to the conference venue.

City tour requires an additional fee to pay the transportation and entrance costs.
Within the venue activities are free. Choices include outdoor ball games (basketball or volleyball), indoor group games, table tennis, swimming, and Artist's Corner
