Award & certificate 500 years pedroche's tower

With the target of publishing this anniversary, Pedroche town and the communication between ham radio stations, with the sponsorship of the Pedroche's town hall, it is organized this award of "500 years of Pedroche's tower" during all the year of 2.020. This activity will be put in the air by EA4GZD ham radio Station with next rules:
Dates: 1-January to 31-December of 2020.
Bands:
HF (10, 15, 20, 40, 80, 160 m).
VHF / UHF in IARU assigned frecuencies.
Grantor: Ham radio station EA4GZD.
Awards:
National (Zone-EA):
Commemorative award and certificate in paper by the Pedroche's Town hall for the 3 EA stations with higher scoring.
Paper certificate by the Pedroche's town hall for the 25 stations from EA with higher scoring.
Digital certificate by the Pedroche's town hall for stations scored from 26 to 100 positions.
Electronic commemorative QSL for all stations that contact this activity.
International:
Commemorative award and paper certificate by the Pedroche's Town hall for No-EA station with higher scoring.
Paper certificate by the Pedroche's town hall for the 5 stations No-EA with higher scoring.
Digital certificate by the Pedroche's town hall for stations scored from 6 to 25 positions.
Electronic commemorative QSL for all stations that contact this activity.
Contacts:
It will be possible a contact by band, mode (AM, FM, SSB, FT8, PSK, RTTY, etc) and day.
Each contact will score one point, what will make possible to reach some points during the same day.
The total add of all points will score each participant for the final classification.
Just in case of tie with same scoring between stations, priority will be for the station with higher number of notes in the cluster (www.dxfuncluster.com), showing clearly "Award 500 years Pedroche's Tower", what will be considered "best in class practise for publishing the event". Next priority station will be given to the station with more number of bands worked with this activity.
When the station is being installed just close to the monument, it will be valid for the spanish award of monuments. All contacts will include the inclusion of DME 14.051 in the DME spanish ham radio award.
The installation of the station just close the monument, will be planned with the publishing activities of the anniversary and promoted by the Pedroche's town hall, with the target of promoting activities and technics normally used by ham radio stations and users, and divulge this hobby generally.
Lists: It is not necessary to send any list. QSL cards could be sent as a choice for each station, via ordinary post to Pedroche's town hall with postal address "Plaza de las Siete Villas, 1. CP. 14.412 Pedroche (Córdoba)", showing clearly "Actividad Radioaficionados 500 Aniversario Torre Parroquial de Pedroche", or electrónic path to: ea4gzd@gmail.com.
All QSLs received will be registered into the documental file of activities inside this anniversary and could be published in the web page.
Log online: A log online will be maintained for participants consult purposes by means "Club Log" or similar, with at least montly publishing of contacts.
Requests: It is not necessary to request certificates or awards for this activity when the mail reflected in www.qrz.com is correctly updated, what will be used for electronic communication reference (electronic QSL, Certificates, etc).
Electronic certificates could be downloaded in .pdf format from the "Log page" at the end of the activity. In case of being needed, the organizer will contact with the winner participants to communicate this circunstance and agree the way for awards and certificates delivering.
If the participant has not user on www.qrz.com or e-mail is not showed or updated, it will be needed to send a mail to ea4gzd@gmail.com to agree the way of award or physical certificate delivering.
Questions: All questions that are not showed on this rules document will be interpreted by the Pedroche's town hall.
All doubts or claims must be addressed by e-mail to ea4gzd@gmail.com (only contact way).
Conduct: All irregular behaviours will produce the disqualification of the participant. For the common good performance of the activity, we request to participate on this activity with good operative practices.
Recommendation and advices: Publish this activity of the Certificate and Award of the anniversary for all ham radio stations in the world (forums, cluster, blogst, ect). Cluster can be used and it is requested to participants a correct use of it showing clearly "Award 500 Years Pedroche's Tower".
It is requested also the inclusion of all contacts done with this station in the log books of each station.
Results publication: Participant list with scoring, winners and awarded stations for each award will be published as maximum 1 month after of the end of the activity on December, 31st of 2.020. It will exists a period of 1 month for argument presentation by participants in case of doutbs.
In a maximum period of 2 months from the end of the activity, Pedroche's town hall will contact with awarded stations for the delivery of certificates or physical awards.
