Personal Teaching Philosophy

A teaching philosophy is a narrative statement that reflects on my conception of teaching and learning, a description of how I teach as well as the justification for why I teach that way. A teaching philosophy also conveys my teaching values, beliefs, and goals as a teacher in the 21st Century education. Lastly, the teaching philosophy provides evidence of your teaching effectiveness.
