My idea relies on creating a phone application which will focus on mentoring and couching people on different subjects with the help of artificial intelligence. The subjects could include Healthcare, Finances, Medicine, Technology, Social Media and many others.
My idea relies on creating a phone application which will focus on mentoring and couching people on different subjects with the help of artificial intelligence. The subjects could include Healthcare, Finances, Medicine, Technology, Social Media and many others.
Its main functionality would be aiding people with various strategies and pieces of advice that would aide them in their day-to-day life and make their life easier. For example, they could aide a person when they are trying to choose a performant device that is also within their budget and preferences in the Technology Domain therefore making the whole process and research much more convenient with less effort, research and time involved.

My prototype will focus on the therapeutic domain, M.V.A (My Virtual Assistant) will focus on providing psychological advice, certain therapeutical strategies to help with emotional or relationships issues or just a friend to talk to for those in need.
Project Ideation A
Artificial intelligence is the process of simulating human intelligence, decision-making and thought development with the help of computer science and modern technology.Artificial intelligence has fundamentally transformed many industries such as the ones mentioned above and many other, ex Finance, Medicine, Robotics and mani more. I chose artificial intelligence as technology I will be developing because it is a highly flexible technology, and it has an immeasurable amount of potential especially in the Healthcare domain, therapeutic ramification as it was already proved that A.I. can simulate human discussions.
The birth of A.I. is dated to 1940-1942 when it was believed that humankind would reach its potential by the 1950s, yet contrary to people's beliefs artificial intelligence is much more complex than they ever imagined, and it is still undergoing development now-a-days.
Artificial intelligence has had a major impact on Medicine and most specifically Robot Therapy as many subjects of research have preferred to speak to a robot or A.I. powered entity compared to a human specialist as they would avoid being judged and they would have an increased sense of privacy.
M.V.A aims to improve human relationship issues such as anxiety, depression, lack of optimism and promote positivity and human socialisation.

A.I. has had both positive and negative impacts in the Medicine industry as it has helped by automatising many processes with the help of computers providing more time for staff to undertake more physical tasks yet on the other hand it could influence them to regress rather than progress and highly rely on technology making it difficult to complete their work when malfunctioning or power failures may occur.
The challenges faced by the industry were the high-cost of the usage of Artificial Intelligence implementation and maintenance and the requirement of powerful processing devices in the 1950's-2000's when processing power was lacking.
The stakeholder could benefit from the project by implementing different levels of paid plans for the usage of M.V.A. depending on the customer's needs and specifications. Another benefit could be the expansion of the domains of M.V.A. such as Social Media Marketing or Management paid plans and advice.
