Education, which is frequently structured in line with both individual and social requirements, is the most efficient means of bringing about change in every society. The degree of education provided in any society and the kind of change brought about by that education are both determined by the quality of the teachers and the effectiveness of their classroom instruction. A person (the teacher) engages in the activity of teaching with the intention of fostering learning. Teachers must successfully complete specialized training to be able to work productively. Teaching involves transferring knowledge, skills, and attitudes from one person to another. The teaching internship is a crucial part of the teacher education curriculum created to prepare new teachers for the teaching profession.

MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
To me, teaching is not just a job, but a calling. It is the most rewarding and fulfilling profession, where I have the opportunity to shape the minds of future generations. My ultimate goal as an educator is to inspire my students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and compassionate individuals who will make a positive impact in the world.
I believe that every student is unique and has their own way of learning. Therefore, it is crucial for me to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where each student feels valued and respected. I strive to create an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect where students feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and opinions without fear of judgment. My teaching philosophy is based on the principle of student-centered learning. I believe that students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process, and when the material is relevant and meaningful to their lives. To achieve this, I use a variety of teaching methods such as group discussions, hands-on activities, and project-based learning.
Another important aspect of my teaching philosophy is to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I encourage my students to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and develop their own ideas. I believe that by doing so, they become independent and self-directed learners who can apply their knowledge to real-world situations.
Lastly, I firmly believe that education should not only focus on academic achievement but also on character development. As a future teacher, I am committed to promoting positive values such as integrity, empathy, and responsibility. I believe that by instilling these values in my students, I am preparing them to become well-rounded individuals who can make a positive contribution to society.
In conclusion, my teaching philosophy is centered around creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student-centered learning, developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and promoting positive values. I am committed to helping my students reach their full potential and become the best version of themselves.
